SHIPPING 

All products are made to order therefore will be allocated an expected wait time for completion depending how busy it is. (Current wait time 2-5 days) Plus the postage. After your full payment has been received and your items are ready they will be sent by Australia parcel post. You will receive a tracking number in your email once items has been sent. The items are sent from Melbourne, VIC. Please allow waiting time depending on your location. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage, lost or delays during transit. 

Postage is $8.95 Australia wide with tracking number included.

 

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up is available from the North suburb of Melbourne If your Local and would like to pickup contact me and at the checkout please use localpickup and that will deduct the postage cost.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

Unfortunately We do not accept change of mind due to items being handmade please choose carefully and if you have any questions about any of our products, please contact us prior to purchase. 

 

RETURNS / FAULTS 

All products are carefully checked prior to sending them to you. If there is a fault with the product (you need to stop using) and contact us within 4 days of receiving to advise us. The product will be assessed in order to be eligible. No refunds are given Only exchange if its approved. All the postage charges will be owners responsibility. Please note as wood is natural there will be normal wear & tear , abrasion within use this is not considered as faulty. 

 

PRIVACY 

Any personal information collected is used only to complete your order, and/or to contact you regarding the progress of your order. 

We do not provide your information to any other third party. However we do not take responsibility of the platforms used to complete your order, ie: Paypal, Shopify. Please refer to the service providers individual privacy policies.
