Refund policy

RETURNS / FAULTS 

All products are carefully checked prior to sending them to you. If there is a fault with the product (you need to stop using) and contact us within 4 days of receiving to advise us. The product will be assessed in order to be eligible. No refunds are given Only exchange if its approved. All the postage charges will be owners responsibility. Please note (only applies to wooden products) as wood is natural there will be normal wear & tear, abrasion within use this is not considered as faulty.
